Today, my lovely readers, I did something I’ve never done before. I went to the gym at 6.30 in the morning.
Thats a big deal for the Queen of Couch Potatoes! I’ve worked out at gyms before, for like, 4 years ago last time, but always at night or weekends. And now I haven’t been active for about a year, you know, REALLY active. So I barely hung in there and I had that sexy red face through the whole work out. And even though I couldn’t keep up with all the drills I’m very happy I showed up and got my butt kicked! Also, I fell on my face and teared a hole on the knee of my tights. It felt so good in the shower with a burn mark on the knee.
This has been me for the last year:
I had two bananas for breakfast, that might have something to do with how hard this felt. Haha. When the class was over I almost fell down the stairs to the wardrobe because my thighs was nearly giving up. I love that! I love feeling totally beaten and exhausted after a work out, then I know I really pushed it. I just hope I’ll be able to walk tomorrow 😛 I was thinking about joining a yoga class in the morning, but I have to wait and see.
Well, next time I decide to do a harder work out like this in the morning I’ll have to get my ass up in time for a better breakfast! I felt sick during the work out, haha. The struggle of being lazy and wanting to break in new, good habits like working out… I know I just have to get this going and not give up too early, or start off too hard. After today I can tell I REALLY need this! I should have a Go-Pro camera attached to a stick at the waist so you could see, hahaha.
In the end I’m going to have a great ass and thighs! Already looking forward to it!
